Your information is used to operate the marketplace: connecting inquiries to listing owners, sending transactional notifications, providing customer support, processing subscriptions and — where you have consented — sending marketing communications such as property alerts and market updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Sharing with listing owners
When you submit an inquiry on a listing, the details you provide (name, contact information and message) are shared with the owner or agent of that listing so they can respond. We never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.
Data retention and rights
We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
