Refund Policy

Subscription payments
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees for partially used periods are not refunded except where required by law.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error or twice for the same period, contact support within 14 days and we will investigate and refund verified errors to the original payment method.
Rejected listings
Plan fees are for platform access and listing capacity, not for approval of any specific listing. A listing rejected for policy violations does not qualify for a refund; you may edit and resubmit it.
