The platform
6X Properties is a marketplace that facilitates property listing, discovery, promotion and communication between users. 6X Properties is not a party to any transaction between buyers, tenants, owners, agents, agencies or builders.
User responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the content they submit, including listing details, prices, photographs and ownership claims. Posting false, misleading or infringing content may result in removal and account suspension.
Verification
A "Verified" badge indicates that basic checks were performed on documents submitted to us; it is not a guarantee of title, ownership or condition. Buyers and tenants must independently verify ownership, encumbrances, approvals and property condition before transacting.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew per the billing cycle selected. Listing limits and features are as described on the Plans page and may evolve with notice. See the Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Limitation of liability
6X Properties is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by users, for disputes between transacting parties, or for losses arising from transactions initiated through the platform. The platform only facilitates listing, promotion, lead exchange and communication.
