• Greater Noida is a planned city with wide roads, large green areas and sectors developed by its authority. Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) is dense with apartment societies
• Ghaziabad is an older city that has grown outward, with established areas near the Delhi border (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi) and newer societies in Raj Nagar Extension and Crossings Republik

Connectivity

• Greater Noida: the Aqua Line to Noida, and the Expressway towards Noida and Delhi
• Ghaziabad: the Blue and Red metro lines, the Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat (RRTS) corridor, and roads into East Delhi

Ownership and paperwork

Established parts of Ghaziabad near the Delhi border have mature facilities close by. Greater Noida has colleges, hospitals and growing markets, though some newer sectors are still developing. Check the facilities near the exact society you like.
